WA: Man charged over Carpenter security scare
PERTH, Feb 27 AAP - A man who allegedly shouted obscenities at West Australian Premier
Alan Carpenter and used an open hand to touch his chest on the steps of Parliament House
has been charged with disorderly conduct.
Dignitary Protection Unit officers charged a 26-year-old Wembley man with disorderly
behaviour in public after detaining him this morning, police said.
