Frank C. "Finney" Stopera, 70, of Breslin Avenue died Tuesday in St. Mary's Hospital, Troy, after a long illness.
He was born and educated in Cohoes.
Mr. Stopera was a construction worker for 30 years.
He was a Marine Corp veteran of World War II, serving in the South Pacific.
Mr. Stopera was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church.
